Built-in AI features are included on all plans at no additional charge: Smart Messages drafts personalized emails and texts based on a lead's full history, calls, and activity; Smart Summaries recaps call and communication threads; and AI-suggested tasks surface the next best action for each contact. A separate FUB Phone add-on ($39/user/month on Grow) enables call recording, AI call summaries, and transcription. The platform also has an open API that supports third-party AI tools including Ace AI and Mod AI.
