About Revaluate
Revaluate was founded in 2014 and launched publicly in 2016. It solves a specific problem: most real estate agents have hundreds or thousands of past clients and sphere-of-influence contacts sitting in a CRM or spreadsheet, with no way to know which ones are likely to move soon. Revaluate scores every contact on a 0–100 scale across six tiers, surfaces the top-tier contacts as near-term movers, and sends real-time alerts when a contact's score crosses a threshold.
The scoring model draws on government and public records, social signals, search behaviour, financial and spending data, and engagement signals such as home value requests and email opens. Scores are pushed back into connected CRMs as tags or fields, allowing agents to trigger automations from within their existing workflow. The platform also includes Database Detoxification — removing duplicates, fixing formatting errors, and filling missing fields via tax record lookups — and a Report Card that shows which contacts in the agent's database listed with a competitor in the past 12 months.
Revaluate serves both real estate agents and mortgage loan officers. It integrates natively with Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Sierra Interactive, Salesforce, Wise Agent, and 20+ other platforms. Pricing is quote-on-request across four tiers (Starter at 1,000 contacts, Growth at 2,000, Scaling at 10,000, Enterprise custom). No free trial is available, though a free Database Audit is offered as a sales entry point.

Pros and cons
What it does well
- Works on an existing database — no ad spend required to generate the leads it surfaces
- Report Card is uniquely differentiated: shows exactly which contacts listed with a competitor and when
- Bi-directional CRM sync means scores flow into existing workflows without manual re-entry
- Broad integration support — 25+ CRM and platform connections including Follow Up Boss, Lofty, and Salesforce
Limitations
- Pricing is fully opaque — no public figures at any tier, all plans require a demo
- No free trial — the free Database Audit is a sales tool, not a product evaluation
- Value scales with database size and quality — new agents or those with small databases get limited benefit
- No published model accuracy benchmarks — agents cannot verify what drives a score or how reliable it is

Alternatives to Revaluate
Ylopo
3.7 / 5
The most complete real estate lead generation platform for teams with ad budgets — Raiya AI's sub-60-second SMS response is a genuine differentiator — but opaque pricing and mandatory ad spend make it a hard sell for solo agents.

3.6 / 5
A focused inherited property lead platform with transparent pricing, no contract, and contact data included — the niche motivation of heirs-as-sellers is real, but 30 leads per month, no CRM integrations, and an unverified accuracy claim require a structured follow-up system to make the economics work.

3.5 / 5
The deepest predictive data set in real estate geo-farming with genuine territory exclusivity and agent-branded marketing — but the 12-month mandatory contract, opaque pricing, and 6–18 month nurture cycles make it a long-term commitment that rewards patient, established listing agents and punishes those who need faster ROI.

The clearest use case in the predictive scoring category — Revaluate tells you which contacts in your existing database are about to move before they call anyone else, with a Report Card that shows the listings you already missed.
